2025年5月15日，《Water Research》（IF 11.5）在线发表了中国科学院生态环境研究中心杨敏团队题为“Short- and long-read metagenomics uncover the mobile extended spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL) and carbapenemase genes in hospital wastewater in Sri Lanka”的最新科研成果。贝纳基因协助文章完成Nanopore宏基因组的测序和分析工作。
